The Problem

The fitness industry trains linear.
The human body moves rotational.

Most equipment trains a single plane: push, pull, flex. But real life — golf, getting up, reaching, throwing — depends on rotation, on coordinated movement through the kinetic chain.

That mismatch is why traditional core training is one-dimensional: it isolates muscles instead of training how the body actually works together.

Linear Training
PLANE

Single plane. Isolated muscles.

Rotational Training
CHAIN

Coordinated chain. Real-world strength.

The Solution

Meet COREX HOME V1.

A compact rotational resistance training system that delivers full kinetic-chain engagement — sleek, space-saving, engineered for real results at home.

Magnetic resistance. Dual linear rails. Low-profile design that slides under the couch when you're done. No bands. No friction. No wear parts.

COREX HOME V1 — three-quarter view
01

Step on. Stabilize.

Pelvic platform engages your core through controlled lower-body rotation.

02

Rotate against resistance.

Magnetic resistance from 8–12 levels — smooth, quiet, maintenance-free.

03

Build real-world strength.

Train the rotational chain that drives every functional movement you make.

Why rotation matters more after 40, not less.

5°–10°
Pelvic Rotation

The lower-body range that drives gait, balance, and fall prevention. The first thing to lose; the first thing COREX trains back.

3D
Kinetic Chain

Spine, hips, shoulders firing in sequence — what every functional movement (and every sport) actually depends on.

10 min
Daily Protocol

Sustainable cadence. Designed to fit in front of the TV, not in place of your life.

Built for 40+ Longevity

Move better. Live stronger. Longer.

What changes after 40 isn't strength — it's coordination, rotational range, and core stability. COREX is engineered for the body you have today, not the body you had at 25.

  • Rebuild rotational range that linear training can't reach.
  • Train the core that prevents falls — not the abs that pose for photos.
  • Quiet, apartment-friendly. No assembly. Slides under the couch.
  • 10–20 minute sessions. Designed to be done daily.

The Story
"I've spent 20 years watching the industry train linear. The body doesn't move that way. So we built the system that does."

— Scott Hejna · Founder, COREX

Twenty-plus years on the training floor of AIRA Fitness — a separate operator brand — gave Scott a front-row seat to what every traditional system gets wrong about rotation. COREX is what he built when he stopped tolerating it.

Frequently asked.

When will COREX ship?

First production run ships fall 2026. Founders 500 reservations ship first, in numbered order. Subsequent runs ship within 8 weeks of order.

How is this different from a cable machine or ab roller?

Cable machines isolate single planes; ab rollers move on a fixed path. COREX is the only system that loads and trains the rotational kinetic chain — pelvis, spine, shoulders — through a controlled magnetic resistance arc.

Is it safe for someone over 60?

Yes — the system is engineered for ages 40+ as the lead audience. Resistance is adjustable from 8–12 levels and the rotation range is naturally limited to anatomical safe zones (5°–10° per side). Always consult your provider before any new movement protocol.

How loud is it?

Magnetic resistance — no bands, no friction. Apartment-friendly at any time of day.

How big is it?

40–48 in long, 18–22 in wide, 8–10 in tall. Slides under most couches and into most closets. 35–40 lbs.

What's the difference between Base and Pro?

Base offers manual magnetic resistance across 8 levels. Pro adds Bluetooth tracking, app integration, 12 resistance levels, premium materials, and a numbered serial unit (Founders 500 only).

What does "patent pending" mean?

The COREX rotational resistance mechanism is the subject of a patent application currently under review with the USPTO. We display the application number on the spec sheet for transparency.

Can I return it?

Yes — 30-day return window from delivery, full refund. Founders 500 deposits are refundable until the production run is locked.

Is there financing?

Affirm and Klarna support is rolling out alongside the Phase 2 storefront in winter 2026. Reservation deposits today do not require financing.

Where is COREX made?

Designed in the USA. Manufactured to spec with vetted polymer and machined-steel suppliers. Final assembly and QA in the US.
